Dr. Fernando Aviles is a bilingual, Board-Certified Family Physician with over 21 years of experience, specializing in Family Medicine and Non-Surgical Orthopedic Medicine. He completed his medical training at the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua (UNAN) in Managua, followed by residency training in Orthopedic Surgery at the Antonio Lenin Fonseca Level I Trauma Hospital. After moving to the United States in 2005, Dr. Aviles completed his Family Medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Aviles is highly skilled in providing a range of medical aesthetic services, including hormone replacement therapy, injections such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), Prolotherapy, and Hyaluronic Acid. Fred is currently a senior at New Mexico State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with plans to attend medical school. In addition to his academic focus, he is a talented percussionist who plays the drum set for the NMSU Jazz Ensemble. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking and weightlifting. Fred’s passion for healthcare, commitment to learning, and calm, professional demeanor make him a valuable asset to our team.

Natalie is a licensed esthetician born and raised in El Paso, TX. She graduated from Tri-State Cosmetology Institute and officially became licensed in October 2023.
Over the past two years, Natalie has had the privilege of collaborating with brands like CryBaby Wax, Dermatica Skin, and more.
She joined Bold Beauty El Paso as their esthetician, where she expands her skills in advanced treatments like SkinPen microneedling, BioJuve, VI Peel, and more.
Looking ahead, Natalie is exploring the possibility of pursuing a career as either an aesthetic injector, a cosmetic chemist — or potentially both — as she continues to grow within the industry.
